Your employees are your greatest business assets. Some of you will agree with that statement. Others will shudder at that thought. But, realistically, the more people you employ, the more THEY, not you, become the face of your agency to your clients.
You would like to pay them what they are worth to your business and you would like to pay them in a way that motivates them to treat your clients the way you would like them to be treated.
Incentive Compensation takes a simple philosophy and brings it to reality in an agency setting. Employees should be paid according to their productivity and profitability to the agency, not just based on their longevity.
Our Incentive Compensation Program teaches the employees how to become ever more productive and allows them to measure their own productivity gains during the year. Those that become more productive get paid better than those who cannot become more productive. The end result is that you retain the more motivated, more positive and more productive employees in your employ.

Agency Consulting Group, Inc. has pioneered ICP's in the insurance agency industry. Whether the employees realize it or not, all compensation depends on profitability and productivity. This program teaches this lesson in a way that creates financial incentives for growth and profit. Employees will no longer whine about the need for additional staff when faced with growing workloads. Instead, they will seek more effective ways to manage the business because a growing workload without additional staff means more money available for compensation to productive employees. It is important to point out that this program does not put employees' salaries at risk. They will not be paid "on commission." However, they will learn and measure their own growth and profitability toward their search for pay raises. And they will understand that pay raises are not automatic and they do not depend on how hard one works. Pay raises depend upon the growth and health of the agency, department and productivity of the employees. Agency Consulting Group, Inc.'s ICP is normally implemented in a three year cycle to make the process easy to understand and process, but can be accelerated, if desired.
